Welcome! This section outlines our policies for working with clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent experience for all design, branding, and creative direction projects. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

 

Deposit:

 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and schedule your work.

  • Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

 

Final Payment:

 

  • The remaining 50% is due before delivery of final files or project completion.

  • Files, source materials, or any deliverables will only be released once full payment has been received.

 

Payment Methods:

 

  • We accept online payment methods, e.g., PayPal, credit card.

  • All prices are listed in CAD. Any transaction fees are the client’s responsibility.

2. Refunds & Returns

​​

  • Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your project date and cover initial consultation, research, and creative work.

  • Final payments are also non-refundable once files have been delivered, except in cases where the company fails to deliver as agreed.

  • Revisions are included as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  • We do not accept returns on digital files, designs, or branding assets once delivered.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • All project details, including deliverables, timelines, and revisions, will be clearly defined in the service agreement.

  • Any additional work outside the original scope will require a new quote and may incur additional charges.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, logos, and necessary materials in a timely manner. Delays may affect the project timeline.

4. Delivery & Timeline

  • Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.

  • Delivery dates are contingent upon client responsiveness and timely approval of drafts and materials.

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

​​

  • The company retains ownership of all preliminary designs, concepts, and creative work until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use final delivered files for the agreed purpose.

  • The company reserves the right to display work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality​

 

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • Any confidential information, content, or materials shared by the client will remain secure and used solely for project purposes.

  • Our privacy practices comply with privacy laws.

7. Communication​

 

  • All project communications should be conducted via email, scheduled calls, or agreed messaging platforms.

  • Response times may vary, but we strive to respond within 48-72 hours.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide clear, timely feedback to keep the project on schedule.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project at any time, but deposits are non-refundable.

  • If work has commenced beyond the deposit stage, additional fees may apply for completed work.

9. Liability

 

  • The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided is original, legal, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

  • By booking services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.

  • These policies are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates before new projects commence.
